CW Prohibited on Ham Bands
Its been rumored that CW emission to be banned. Also, the 10 code is
to replace standard Q codes that were related to CW operation in years past. CW keys and keyers to become illegal. |

As much of a troll/joke as this was intended to be, in the new channelized (just like CB) 5 MHz band, CW is in fact illegal. Although, I wouldn't recommend the use of 10 codes quite yet. Is this wishful thinking? Well over 60% of Dx spots are CW on Dx summit.
