HW-101 Power Supply
I am about to finish a complete restoration of a Heathkit HW-101
transceiver. It came with a HP-23B power supply. The power supply has listed low voltage settings for 275V and 350V. However, the manual calls for LV of 300 volts. I don't want to blow up the radio; which LV setting, if at all, is correct for the HW-101? Thanks for your help and advice. Jim |
I always use the lo voltage setting,It probably would not make a
noticable difference if everything else is normal...Harold W4PQW |

Jim Neither setting is going to blow up the radio, use the 275. |
