Small market. Non-directional daytimer with some night
power. On the air since 1949.

Total asking price is $150,000 and that includes the
HUGE 330 ft. plus self-supporting tower, land and the
combo studio/office/xmtr building.

It is the only AM in that county. Population of county
exceeds 25,000.

Joint venture. Active or inactive investors with at
least $10,000 (Ten grand, baby!)each are welcome. All
investors would be on the board with full voting
rights if desired.
