While I've passed Elements 2 & 3, I can only use tech because I haven't learned or passed Element 1. Next month I should pass Element 4, then I wait to see how quick the Uncle removes the S25.5 "burden" from Part 97. My CSCE for #3 is still good for 11.5 months longer. If he just passed his test here, how come his call doesn't have a 3 in it?
This is not 1 land. The guy has renewed his license. That accounts for the recent date and the "1" in the callsign. |
