Why should he waste his time? Especially since
you do the complaining for him!

I have pointed out some facts, facts which some would like to keep
quiet... hopfefully I was not completely wasting my time.

For the record, Peter: I was not saying that you were wasting your
time. My comment was directed to either DouGay or Georgie-girl who
posted asking why didn't you complain about this or that; and was that
if you did so you would be wasting your time since they did enough
whining and complaining for all of us.

Your posts have been useful, unlike their trolling, which is a
complete waste of time and bandwidth.

Trolls are like diarrhoea - diagnosed by the rapid, uncontrolled, noisy,
foul smelling emissions... and best starved.

Except that these trolls don't go away even when starved; they get
more belligerent and deviant instead. It's the attention they crave,
and just like spoiled little children they don't care whether it's
positive or negative attention they get as long as they get it.

So, are you up for starving the parasitites - could you live without the
noise?

Other than correcting their lies (which are myriad) and throwing their
crap back into their faces occasionally, I think we could all live
without the noise. But don't kid yourself, they firmly believe that
they're on a mission and they won't go away.

It's alt.dogie.is.an.idiot . You must enter it correctly, and maybe
even request your server to carry it. Or try to cross post from this
post, sometimes it will be picked up by posting volume.

is that what you would call it... "volume"?
How many posts at the last count?

;~)

Peter.

Of course that depends on your server's text retention too. This
one runs around 180 days on average. My binarie retention is
much less than that, but they offers -great- completion, and 50 GB/
month for cheap. ( that's major completetions/bandwidth)

ps..how long does it take my post to propagate to you?

I believe that my server usually retains about a month, as many do. I know
that the MS servers have a long retention, I think close to a year in some
cases.

As I only go on-line to collect and post the messages, I do not see when a
message appears on my server.
All I can tell you is what is in the header...
Date: 21 Dec 2003 00:06:56 GMT
Which will be when you composed it, stuck there by your system and my
newsreader is saying 00:06 (relating to GMT), which I suspect will be the
time your server got it.

I know it does not take long, like Google does.

Merry Christmas.

Peter.
