Sorry to say but doing a 22lb deep fried. Got the propane tank filled, fired everything up, we're ready to rock. Going to brine it in with salt, brown sugar, onion, sliced orange, bourbon. Got my home made sourdough stuffing and Yukon gold smashed potatoes, rest is being brought by the family. Have a great Christmas!!!!!!!!!! I'll trade you some Omaha filets' on dry ice.
