Wanting to build what they describe and outline. Willing to pay a couple
dollars each via PayPal if desired. Scanned articles would be ideal.

Go to the ARRL.

Unless something has changed in recent years, they'd sell you the back
issue you want, and if they don't have copies, sell you a photocopy of
the specific article.

Hey Michael,

Yes, I am about ready to join the ARRL just to have access to their
"Hands-On-Radio" articles from the past couple years. These things are
exactly what I have been looking for...
