The DCC is a done deal, so now is the time to put your thoughts about
the DCC down on paper and submit them to the TAPR PSR desk for inclusion
in the next issue of TAPR's quarterly newsletter. Photos are good, too,
as well as anything else you wish to write that is ham radio digitally
related.

The deadline for the next issue of PSR is October 15.
