HRN 240: 60 Meters? Let's Go Dutch

At WRC 15, hams got a new, worldwide band at 60 meters. 15 kHz wide, with a
15 to 25 watt ERP power limit. Woohoo.

The Dutch government, which had supported a wider allocation and higher
power limit, responded by giving their hams 100 kHz and 100 watts.

ARRL Chief Technology Officer Brennan Price N4QX was there, and talks with
Gary about what happened, why, and what might come of it. And we talk about
the really IMPORTANT stuff that happened, too.
