local park, for purposes of demonstration of how the network is built,

Saw this on Facebook today. SteppIR is releasing a new, reduced size two
element beam priced at $1769.00. http://www.steppir.com/urbanbeam



From their web page: "This antenna is excellent for use where a traditional
beam may not be appropriate. It’s a high-performance 2 element beam 20m-6m,
and a folded dipole on 30 and 40 meters. Yes, 40 and 30 meters coverage
combined with a beam requiring only a 15.5 foot turning radius.
