Major changes to the Falklands Islands communications laws have been
announced by the Falklands Islands Communications Regulator. They were
published in the official Falklands Islands Gazette on 11 November 2019 and
came into force on the 15th. One of these changes has resulted in the 60m
Secondary allocation becoming available to Falkland Islands radio amateurs.

Dr Martin Sach is standing down as Chair of the RSGB’s EMC Committee at the

WSJT-X 2.1.2 released

The WSJT Development Group has announced the release of WSJT-X version
2.1.2. This is the free software suite that includes the FT4 and FT8
protocols. Version 2.1.2 is a bug-fix release, according to the authors.
