There are specific bands for Part 15 intentional radiators; that
ain't one of them.

Accually 13 MHz is one of them on 13.556.00 the field emission has to
be 15,848 uV/m @ 30 meters,,,read the rules

Not true, absolutely. Never heard of QRP? Low power stations can go a LONG

old 11m CB ones) during peaks in the skip season on 11m.

Not right. Ever hear of physics? A simple calculation, based upon
the laws of wave propagation, has already been posted which shows that
the power needed to produce the size of electric field given in the
regs is on the order of MILLIWATTS; not hundreds of watts.

in an ostropic raditor except

and it is 100 want so he is throwing a lot of power aways in feedline
losses etc

If "Omega One" keeps it up, they are going to get busted.

for?

No, Todd's 50 to 100 watts ain't legal, but it gets him a larger audience.

Yah, right, like you know what you're talking about. You can even pass a
code test.

um...dumbass, you can product different wattage at a certain voltage,
if not we would have 60 to 100 WATT light bulbs plugged into 110 V, if
110V on put out on form of watt. Learn something about electricity.

The FCC changed that rule last year...some sites don't have the new
rules posted. The voltage now is 15,848 uV/m @ 30 meters

The FCC is looking at VOLTAGE, not WATTAGE, voltage can produce
different types of voltage...again if this is not so, then why do we
have an assortment of light bulbs that range from 60 watts to 100 watts
when you plug them into 110 V??
