Jamming on 313? K9BSD, N9PGE, KK9G have been doing that from central
indiana for years..... No wives, no life, nothing. Just a whiskey bottle and ocd. Truly pathetic... privacy.at Anonymous Remailer wrote: In article LARDASS LLOYD DAVIES "Wussman" wrote: Heard a couple guys on 14.313 saying that they were being jammed by Roger Wiseman, AB8MQ. The same thing happened last weekend, too. Then one of them mentioned something about a "funny farm"..... Sounds like they know Roger. Yet I heard a few hams say that the one playing that gospel music on 14.313 was a no-code Technician, N0VFP. |

Those guys passed morse code tests, and yet they're disruptive, cause trouble and violate the ham radio laws & rules laid forth by the FCC? I was *sure* the PCTA crowd said that the morse code test was an adequate filter to keep out the "CBplussers". Clint KB5ZHT |

Without standards and lowering of standards, there would be MORE guys like
that. You sound sore about learning morse code, try to get over it. This is what it takes to be a HAM. Either do what it takes to get the job done or don't join our ranks! 73, Dan W7RF "Clint" rattlehead at computron dot net wrote in message ... "Twice Fired" wrote in message ... Jamming on 313? Clint KB5ZHT Good point there Clint .... but you are assuming that these idiots, if indeed they are doing the QRMing have passed a "CW test". I just wonder since the FCC has gone to the test your own mode ...how much money has been slipped to the testers for a CW pass. I am not going to go through the trouble to play Jim Rockford or Bulldog Drummond on the above calls to see if they were "gen-u-yine" FCC tested. I really believe that this crap should have been stepped on in the years gone by. Police our "own" ....boy that is something that sure works. The FCC should be in this area as in the past This would entail a price for a ham ticket which knowing the "generosity" of most hams I know, would stand the snowball's chance in Hades of happening. Also on these same lines are the situations which guy's get busted for doing neat things like interfering with aircraft, police et al. You see in a lot of these cases that the FCC has reduced the fine ... huh ???. I can say that I have been purposely QRMed on CW over the years in just a handful of times. Most CW QRM is non intentional due to propagation factors. I guess that the satisfaction for the QRMer is just not there to justify a response he can't copy. Like was said before there Clint ... ya can't fart on CW. God Bless 73 Tom Popovic KI3R Belle Vernon Pa |

You people are really dumb. Anybody can say anything and accuse anyone they
want, and you believe it. Amazing. Dan/W4NTI "Radiodan-W7RF" wrote in message news:Gdelb.197759$%h1.191867@sccrnsc02... Oh, now, you're just reaching on that one. You could use that line of thinking to support ANYTHING. The fact is, one of the strongest and loudest responses you hear from the PCTA group is that it is suppose to filter OUT people like that; given that this is just but SOME proof that it doesn't, thier argument fails. Not only that, it's on record that the majority of rules violaters ARE hams with morse code endorsement... yet MORE evidence to prove that morse code testing does not filter out the "yahoos". You sound sore about learning morse code, try to get over it. Any anything else that is required to learn that has no real factual reasoning or basis and is a total waste of time. This is what it takes to be a HAM. Either do what it takes to get the job done or don't join our ranks! ....until the FCC says that it is no LONGER what it takes to be a ham. THEN, a person can become one without the morse code testing. Clint KB5ZHT |

( Actually, it is their own laziness and lack of character that holds them back, not the code, but we'll skip over that for now. ) Because they cannot legally operate anything except VHF/UHF equipment, HF is a better place to operate today! Note that I do not have a strong opinion, one way or another about the code/no-code debate, but I do have an opinion about the debate, itself. I think that we should applaud QRZ.COM for developing a "zero tolerance" policy toward people who try to change any of the forums there into a code/no-code debate. They announced recently that code/no-coders will be summarily booted off of the QRZ system, just as quickly as they identify themselves through their actions. I'd like to see more of that.
