Perhaps, Brain, you can get ahold of this fellow and volunteer to tag
along. He might (but I doubt it...) be able to help you understand how to go
about getting your Amateur Radio license for Somalia.

one professing admiration for a known liar or making assinine statements about
"emergency comms" I can't back up.

go out where the rubber meets the road.

I didn't get a chance to go to Somalia, Brian...I was already out of the
Corps then.

But I had plenty of other opportunities to visit that part of the
world...some when you were still in gradeschool.

And I see you're still having to resort to profane adjectives in order to
try and express yourself.
