Helped needed

I need help from anyone who is knowledgable about do-it-yourself brain
surgery. The one I have doesn't seem to be working. I have trouble
speaking in public - every time I try to speak, I only manage to belch
or fart. Also, if anyone knows how to prevent drool from ruining a
keyboard, please let me know.
