What you dont hear is the stuff the caller said that was tape delayed. He most
likely said some swear words or threatening words that were not aired due to
tape delay. Oreilly did the right thing by letting the legal dept handle it and
not reacting back himself.

I am sure a corporation like FOX would have one.

They do, but the problem is there is really nothing they can do, in
regards to callers, except cut them off. O'Reiley can make all the
feeble threats on the radio or tv he wants, but that's all they are,
