Default VTVM ohms battery

The attached instruction for a circuit to replace the ohms battery in a
Heathkit VTVM of the generic V7-A type [and probably many other VTVMs of
similar vintage]. If installing in a different brand VTVM, be sure that the
filament winding is similar in voltage and in grounding.
