Sounds fair to me! I'll pop round for the next BBQ.....

(I was thinking of moving to Texas, there's a whole bunch of people I'd like
to hunt!)

Try this image:
http://www.ppinyot.com/Hallicrafters...l%20covers.bmp

The most critical image I need contains the word "BAND". It has to be on
clear matereial as not to distort the Band scale image under it.

It would be fantastic if the Overhead transparency will work with out
distortion. The preveous images are on origonal traslucent celluloid or
other brown/amber material.

Thanks,

Paul P.

I did receive your e-mails. I can't use the bitmaps, as they are much
larger than your original dials and I would need exact dimensions so that I
could resize them. I downloaded a trial copy of Visio, and it will not open
the files from your website, so I will need you to e-mail me the original
vsd files of what you want printed out.

Paul--don't use pure black. Muddy it up with a slight muddy red but make it
very close to pure black. You'll get crack-free results. I had the same
problem with a project a few years back.

Here are samples of printing to Testors water slide ink jet decal paper.
The ink seems to crack or reticulate resulting in clear lines with in the
black areas.

Quite frustrating. I created all the art work in VISIO. The S meter was
scanned and cleaned up in MS PAINT and re-lined on VISIO. It looks great
on
the screen and on regular paper.

I wonder if I received some old inventory from the hobby shop.

Any one have any experience laminating ink jet paper to make dial scales?

Thanks, Paul P
