Just posting a few pictures of a huge Canadian-made radio I have, wondering
if any of you have any thoughts on what I should expect for it if sold on
ebaY?

It weighs 35 lbs before packing, so I dread what shipping for it would be
once I have it secured to travel by post...

Very nice radio, I've got the same one, just in a console cabinet.

My Sparton 1271 console also had a round, green lighted indicator to
visually balance the green magic eye. Basically a pilot lamp behind a
rotating green disk with legends that said Automatic, Broadcast, etc. Kind
of a nice touch.

The Marconi cabinet looks higher quality all around than the Sparton, which
was nothing to write home about, otherwise.
