Is 700MHz re-banding something that's currently going on anywhere these
days? No way I'm gonna invest in a digital scanner until more models come out that address this issue w/o a major hardware upgrade! |

Most of the new scanners can be flash upgraded to support any rebanding.
just read the 'features' of a scanner before you buy. Not sure about ALL scanners especially the cheaper ones. I think you mean 800 MHz rebanding. And yes it is going on!
