having bad economic troubles, housing foreclosures, and it has its
share of scam artists.

The runt doesn't have a real job. He scamming someone to make a
living or selling stuff to pay his bills, but he has from time to time
posted "I want to buy" several expensive articles for that
communication center.

That is the guy.

He has a full URL selling radio stuff, I think, had his name all over it.
Didn't the judge say that he was to stop selling online?

PS: I never had any problem with him but, I never bought anything from him.
