BCT-8 scanner
 

Does anyone know anything about this scanner? Can you listen to more than one
band at a time? And does the trunking system work.

Just took a trip from Maine to NC with the BCT8 in the car and it
picked up both conventional and trunked fine,very good RX but the
AUDIO lacks something to be desired.

(There is a fix for the 780/785D on the AUDIO but I don't know if the
BCT8 would be the same)

The software they give you is basically useless and they don't give
you a mobile bracket.

also just for your info,was using a Larsen mag mount antenna.

another thing is depending on where you live your trunking might be
DIGITAL.
