Default Anyone Have Info on Rock County Wisconsin?

I was doing a little research on Rock County Wisconsin. Anybody know
what 159.27 and 154.04 are used for? Can anyone confirm that 153.95 is
the input to both the North and South Fire Ops repeaters? Is 158.73 now
a repeater channel? Is 155.55 a repeater at the jail or courthouse?
Does Beloit FD still use 452.90 and 453.4875? What does Beloit PD use
453.5625 and 453.9625 for? Did Beloit DPW move from 154.10R in 1994 to
155.94R now? What does Janesville FD use portable radios on 150.775 and
150.79 for? I just noticed that the Sheriff has a link radio on 457.90
- perhaps this is a link to Beloit FD? RadioRef says that 155.685R is
PD tac in Janesville - true? Rock County Sheriff also has 25 portable
radios licensed on 159.03 - maybe these are for portable extenders?

I checked various sources around the Internet, but was unable to come
up with detailed info.
