Not cell - no scanner can decode TDMA or CDMA. Trunking, cordless and
digital? Pro-96, 3096 or Uniden BCD396T. Trunking and cordless?
Almost any trunking scanner, depending on the trunking system.

There are no scanners that receive Digital Cell or Cordless phones, the
reception of which is still illegal.

There are lots of trunking scanners around.
