Whats going on, at 14.195 USB ?
For a few days now, there has been some one using this frequency and
there is some one else bent on getting him off, by doing all sorts of
things to mess it up.

Probably just a couple nickle hams fighting. It's going to get a lot
worse after CW is eliminated.
