Hi,

To make changes, or customize, the clock use the windows "Display
Properties" dialog, "Screen Saver" tab/page. Note the button labeled
"Settings". Clicking the settings button displays the clock settings dialog.
Click the read me button for a bit more info.

There are two email address links near the bottom of each web page. One is
the logo graphic, the other invites "Comments, Criticisms and Suggestions".
G Also find the email address in the "read me" from the settings dialog.

Yes, http://www.boulder.nist.gov/timefreq/service/its.htm
is a fair link. However their "example" apps apparently do not use the best
time setting protocol, which is NTP. ID Wizard uses NTP, is free for the
price of a single email and has numerous additional tools. G

The two time protocols demonstrated by the NIST example apps work well
enough for most projects.

Dimension 4 (D4) is what the FSK441 / EME crowd uses to time synched. It is
also free and available for download from many places. A net search should
find it for you.

It's actually a program and I've had it on my computer for 3 or 4 years. It's
pretty neat, you can add as many cities as you like and it gives the time in
all of them on a single screen. I believe there is a newer version out now
