[1] The spam appears to be posted via googlegroups, so there is a good
chance the From: is not forged. Google groups makes you verify your
account with an email address.
[2] 197.168.125.24.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer c-24-125-168-
97.hsd1.va.comcast.net NOT vt.edu. So it was posted from a home computer
served by Comcast using a google groups account.

(4) freepay.com claims to prohibit spamming of referral links.

Who to send spam complaints to:

- alledgedly they have a no-spam policy.
