I am in the market for a VHF minitor IV with 2 channels, vibrate,stored
voice and the ability to scan both channels. If anyone has one in good
shape drop me a line and let me know what your asking.

Ahhh.. Ok, understand now. The typical use I see them here is for fire
departments, i.e. put em on the fire channel and that's it.
