I have an Alpha Delta DX-LB Plus antenna. This is a 160, 80, 40, 20, 15, 10M
fan antenna with loading coils for 160 and 80M. It is only 100 ft long. I have it up 60 ft as an inverted Vee. I recently bought an MFJ-998 IntelliTuner. The tuner can't match the entire 160M band. Should it be able to? Would I be better off with a separate 160 antenna? I'm on a 111 x 60 ft lot with an 80 ft tower and two tall trees. What would be my best bet for 160M. -- Bob D. ND9B |
