Need BC-669D manual

I have acquired a very nice BC-669D (SCR-543A,B,C) and the associated
power supply. I have the book that covers the the A, B, and C models
but not for the slightly different D model. I have a professional
copies of the A, B, and C models and will swap/purchase a copy for the
