Virgian college town.

Joint venture. Active or inactive investors with
$20,000 min. each are welcome. No individual may own
more than 49 percent of the stock. This rule applies
to me too!

AM is 1 KW fulltime, non-directional, class "C" which
was once called class IV or "local" or "graveyard".

FM is class "A" with superhigh tower.

They are asking $400,000 for the pair and this
includes the main building, about 3.25 acres of land
and the AM tower. The FM transmiter site is leased at
$400.00/month.

Station grossed about $170,000 in 2003 includigj
trades and showed a slight profit. In 1999 it did a
lot better billing about $270,000 so there is
obviously room for improvement.
