Is there a application to delay a sound stream for say
up to 1 hour. 24/7. We do not believe a compression,
time delay programme would suit this application.

We envisage a dedicated computer to accept a stream and
delay it by up to 1 hour before releasing it through
the sound card.

Does anyone know of such a application?

I have heard such methods have been or are used to
overcome nation-wide broadcasting when dealing with
time zones.

Any suggestions or help would be most appreciated.
