hi im am a tiscali customer i host a radio called richousradio
www.radiorichous.co.nr but the only problem is that my ip asdress changes
all the f**kin time and is not convenient is there a way of stopin the ip
adress changing without signin up for buisness broadband?? Like a program
that keeps you ip adress the same. Please get back

There is a service called dyndns.org which will allow you to repoint a
DNS entry whenever your IP changes.

BUT, to be honest, tiscali is a disaster and is blocked by a huge number
of sites because of their spam and hacker problem. Getting off of Tiscali
and only a legitimate ISP will help you a lot.
