I will publicly state that Glenn Baxter of Maine is a
disgrace to ham radio and should have his ham ticket
revoked forthwith.

I am President of a new LPTV (Not on air yet)station
in Delaware and a ham since 1950.

Former CE for a 5 KW full-time directional AM in New
York City.

From Mr. Baxter's behavior I seriosly believe he needs
mental help!
