NEW PROGRAM
Program VERTUNE.exe analyses performance of half-wave, end-fed, vertical and similar antennas. See how power losses are distributed. A parallel L and C tuned circuit Z-matches the high impedance feedpoint to a coaxial line. Coil design, (dimensions, wire gauge, turns) is included. High radiating efficiency can be acheived with a poor ground electrode system. Download VERTUNE (41 kilobytes) in a few seconds, no un-zipping inconvenience, and run immediately. ---- .................................................. .......... Thanks for the VerTune program. I almost bought an auto-tuner to match a 10
meter high vertical until I saw that the calculated impedance was beyond the capabilities of the tuner. Saved money! Dick N3HKN "Reg Edwards" wrote in message ...
