Ok just got a digital scanner but when I try and listen to the cops its
still scrammbled ( on apco ch 25 i get enc) i take it it meens encypted how
can I get around this? damn store didnt tell me about this and they dont
have refunds and i dont want to be out the money i payed for it, so can you
hack the encryption? or do i have to chance something. thanks
