I have a Uniden UBC-57XLT that is pre-programmed with 64 police channels.

These channels are not useable in New Zealand.

Anyone know if these pre-programmed channels can be over-written in some way?
(Even down to direct chip pin modifications or programming)

Any help would be most appreciated.
