Programming to police repeaters

Hello,

has anybody in the south west of ireland programmed a VHF Transceiver to the
police repeaters?I have all the frequencies for Co.Kerry tralee but do not
know the inputs.Anybody able to assist me.They don't have encrypted radio
waves.
