I've always heard the dumbest question is the one not asked. So I am
going to ask. :-) I am new to shortwave radios. I just bought an Eton E10 on eBay. It came with a small antenna that you plug in the side of the radio. On the other end is a clip of some sort. What does this clip to? |

Donno: The clip is to fasten the antenna to a curtain rod, tree branch or wherever to allow you to get a bit of altitude. Antennas love altitude. Bob |

Sort of like an Alligator clip? squeeze one end and the other end opens
up.That is for attatching the clip to anything that is handy. If that doesn't work, you can use a piece of tape or string. cuhulin |
