Voice comms on 4081.4 khz usb

Possible military exercise of some kind? Sporadic comms for quite some
time on this frequency. They've been talking about a particular
station that's unable to either transmit or receive. References to
station names "Front Table" and "Red Crown".

Ring any bells?
