They are scheduled to be on that frequency at that time in AM mode. They
usually come in well at that time. If they don't then try Australia.

I noticed that Australia happened to be very poor on 16 meters today.

Up in Seattle, Saturday Afternoon, 17785 was pretty anemic (22:00 UTC),
but 17795 was coming in at S9 at 23:00 UTC. (Background Briefing on
"Generation Y").
