I bought some camera equipment, and my wife said I had to recoup the
loss, the only thing of real value was my FRG-7. So I sold it. About
a month ago. (Stupid, stupid, stupid!) And I have regreted it ever
since. I miss it. I don't have a big budget, but if anyone has an
old FRG-7 in decent shape sitting around gathering dust, please let me
know what you would be willing to take for it. (I have no idea what I
was smoking when I sold it)

Judah - I just bought a Kenwood R-2000 and the FRG-7 here is available.
It's Sears badged and has Kiwa filters installed. The Mode switch could
use a squirt with some contact cleaner - occasionally you have to wiggle
it a little to get a good contact in AM. The battery holder is there.
Cosmetics are good, and it all works. I'm thinking $175 + shipping.
Location here is west suburban Chicago.
