Certainly... but my point is simply that if someone posts a reception
report, then it would be more helpful if the poster at least
mentioned where he was located. As for the "VE = Venezuela" response,
I am still clueless about that one.

I too, have no idea how or why the reference to 'VE' came about.

I was referring to the original post by Manuel Rodriguez Lanza.
Conicit is a government agency in Venezuela and his email ends with
VE. I've must have missed something here.
