I read that Radio Tirana is back on the air, so I just tried to catch
them on 6115 khz. There was definitely a carrier there, but that's all
I heard and I normally have no trouble hearing them. Has anyone else
heard them the last day or so?

Nothing on 6115, but there is a very strong German language broadcast on
6100 and the stereotypical Southern drawl US televangelist on 6090.
