Is there a place I can get a full shortwave schedule for the Chinese orchestra? Whenever I hear it, it is just a full hour (or longer) of music with no identification.

It's a method of jamming. So find a list of all the broadcasts aimed
at China that the government there doesn't want the people to hear.
