Kol Israel 9400 actually put in a pretty usable signal here during their English
broadcast at 1900-1925. 11590 was unusable. Yesterday, 11590 was very marginal and 9400 was useless. dxAce Michigan USA |

I'm pretty sure that it does, in which case their schedules are irrelevant. |
