Default Connections to an antenna

I'm building the WA5VJB "cheap yagi" antenna. Other than soldering,
what are some simple methods/materials for attaching the center wire
and braid to 1/8 inch diameter driven element. I figure there must be
a magic clamp, strap, electrical connector, etc. out there
somewhere...

TIA.

Hi Bill

When I use aluminum rod for driven elements, I thread the end of the rod
then use two nuts to squeeze the wire between them.
0.125 OD will require a small die.
