Many of us miss Bill, W9INN, and have had years of enjoyment from his FB
antennas. When I purchased my antenna from Bill in 1977 or 1978 he provided excellent documentation that I have lost. Did anyone take the time to scan Bill's documents or have they been saved in a library somewhere? I would like to get the specifications on his 40/80 reactor (his term for a trap) so mine can be rebuilt. What started out life as a 40/80 dipole from W9INN was modified by me to add extra sets of wires for 10 MHz and 18 MHz and I got lucky the whole mess works FB on 24 MHz as well as 50 MHz. The antenna has been up for 25++ years and still works great. W9INN you are missed! 73, Dick AA5V |

That is why I hope someone has the documentation. I have looked through my stuff and cannot find Bill writings. Bill's antennas were mostly coax fed with NO baluns. He used a center insulator (his design) and had some unique trap like coils of wire that he called reactors. Dick AA5VU |
