Default Dipole exposed to the elements question

I'm getting ready to put up an Alpha Delta DX-LB-Plus antenna. I notice
there are a lot of exposed terminals. (Perhaps the nuts and bolts are
stainless?). Should the connections be water sealed somehow?

I use RTV, the non acetic kind.Regular RTV is more corrosive than leaving it
out.
