ARRL has a nice discussion on height/efficiency, put together as a tool in
fighting antenna ordinances.

60 feet is a good place to start.

I just put up a 45 foot Universal Aluminum foldover. Works fine.

Rohn made some nice foldovers for the 25 and 45G series, but alas they
dropped the product several years ago. Even worse, Rohn has filed
bankruptcy..

Next best thing is a Hazer system, or one of the crank up towers.
